RESPONSE Today’s reading from Isaiah is a short one, but it reminds us of four important things about God. 1. God is kind. 2. God forgives. 3. God does what is right. 4. God blesses those who trust him. Let’s take a few moments in prayer with God as we listen to some quiet music. Repeat these words in your mind: “God blesses those who trust him.” As you open your eyes, take the peace of God with you into the day, DISMISSAL May the Lord grant us peace and happiness. Amen. May God bless us in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Ring the bell or chime to signal the end of the prayer. Extinguish the candle.
